​Mative Refund Policy 

Travelers can request refunds for unintentional payments made for services determined by mates, and the following refund policy applies:

  1. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable for the amount paid for the guide service on that day.

  2. Pre-cancellations for scheduled services follow the refund criteria based on the cancellation period:

    • If the mate's service start date is more than D-21 days away: Full refund

    • If the mate's service start date is between D-14 and D-20 days: 90% refund of the total payment

    • If the mate's service start date is between D-7 and D-13 days: 80% refund of the total payment

    • If the mate's service start date is between D-3 and D-6 days: 70% refund of the total payment

    • If the mate's service start date is less than D-3 days: 60% refund of the total payment

Please note that the amount paid for overseas transaction fees (3.7% of the total payment) and the
refund processing fee are excluded from the refund amount.
